Our client a well-established family-owned nursery located 20 minutes north of London is looking for a Customer Service Representative with strong communication and data entry skills along with in proficiency with Excel, Google products and CRM’s.
You will work in a small team helping to expedite orders, coordinate incoming orders and coordinate client pickups, all done with a smile!
What we offer:
- $24.00 an hour.
- Working 8-10 hours depending on the season starting at 7:30am each day.

What you will be doing:
- Manage all incoming communication from clients, drivers and vendors quickly and efficiently.
- Utilizing Excel to organize and analyze customer data, track inquiries, and generate reports as needed.
- Using internal system to process orders and operate labeler to prepare order for shipping and tracking.
- Organized Calendar for shipping, keeping organized in conjunction with our operations manager using google calendar.
- Manage labels and ensure accurate labeling of products according to company standards, including completing inventory and coordinating orders with suppliers.
- Collaborate with other team members to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
- Handle customer complaints and escalations.
- Other duties as assigned due to the seasonal nature of our business.
Who you are:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Experience with ERP software preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Able to work 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM Mid-March to Early June (Must be fully available this time of year).
- 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM June.
- 7:30AM – 4:00PM July to Mid-March.
