Our client requires a Training Manager for their multi location food facilities located in the Southwestern Ontario.

 The Successful applicant will:

Monitor and support all training activities for multiple locations

Select, Coach and Train Managers

Produce training manuals and procedures

Recruit and coach staff to guide management teams to execute training programs and the launch of new products

Conduct classroom training for Corporate and Franchise Managers

The ideal candidate will possess experience in a food operations management and training.

Experience training within a multi location environment highly desirable

The successful applicant will have excellent analytical and presentation skills.

Required Knowledge:  Training, Managing, Operations experience, analytical thinker, excellent presentation skills, stellar written and oral communication skills.
