Our organization is committed to hiring bright talented individuals who are excited about technology and passionate about customer service with a desire to move within the company.  We generally hire people into our Customer Service and Technical Support Department where they have an opportunity to learn about our products, our customers and our overall business.  When other internal opportunities become available we first consider our Customer Service and Technical Support staff as potential candidates for these roles.

 

We currently are looking for Representatives to join our Customer Service and Technical Support teams. These representatives will serve customers by processing orders, promoting products, providing product and service information and resolving technical product and service concerns.  Candidates who are bilingual (French/English) will be given priority!

 

The ideal candidate should have post-secondary education coupled with experience in customer service/technical support.  Excellent communication skills and attention to detail is required for accurate order processing and logging customer information in our customer information system. 

 

We have had employees move from Customer Service into positions supporting more complex customer segments including international customers.  Others have moved into sales, marketing, finance and product management.
