Our Housing Division is growing!  We’re looking for a motivated team player for the following position:

Residential Construction Estimator

You will assume responsibility for estimating construction costs of residential homes, providing detailed custom quotations, and establishing and monitoring new home budgets for continual accuracy.

With a minimum of 3 years’ experience estimating in the home building sector, you have demonstrated your ability to co-ordinate sub-trades, and your customer service orientation.  Your excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills are teamed with professionalism and commitment to quality.  With strong attention to detail, you are able to manage and effectively prioritize a variety of paperwork demands, and multiple projects.  Your proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook are ideally complemented by experience working with estimating software.
