LEGAL SCANNER

The firm is very technologically oriented with regards to how we practice law, scanning 100% of our documentation.  Each scanned document is carefully named and electronically stored in the matter directories, based on the nature and content of the document. Thus, an understanding of what the document contains and the potential significance of the document to the legal matter is very important.

Attention to detail to ensure an understanding of the nature of the document for proper naming and electronic filing, and care in ensuring the quality of the scanned reproduction, are essential.

Accordingly, the position of Legal Scanner is an ideal starting point for recent graduates of post-secondary courses for Law Clerks or Legal Assistants.
