Multiple Inbound Sales Positions Available in Downtown London!!!

Announcing a great opportunity to work in a positive, team-oriented, and fun environment! Kelly Services is currently recruiting for long-term temporary call center/customer service positions in convenient Downtown London.

In this role, you will:

·         Interface with customers via 100% inbound calls. 

·         Sales of banking products with a strong focus on customer service

·         Update customer records upon request

We are looking for people who are very detail-oriented and are able to multitask effectively in a working environment. Other requirements include:

• At least one year of sales and customer service experience (call center experience a plus)
• High school diploma or GED
• Knowledge of basic computer operations
• Willingness to rotate shifts
• Dependable and pays attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Solid problem-solving skills
• Ability to type 30-35 words per minute
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

This is a 1 year contract position that could lead to permanent employment.  The hours will be rotating during the week and occasional Saturdays from 10am-6pm.  The rate of pay is $15/hour.
