Voices.com is now accepting applications for a full time Account Executive.

 

Essential Functions

 

  1. Represent Voices.com when working with potential customers by providing accurate explanations on services offered.
  2. Contacts sales prospects and other accounts as assigned.
  3. Establishes rapport and maintains contact with current and potential customers.
  4. Promote the sale of Voices.com services by presenting key features and benefits to customers during online demonstrations of the Voices.com service and by motivating the customer to buy and use our service.
  5. Create and update customer records by entering data into a web-based customer relationship management (CRM) system to ensure accurate billing and access to data for proper management within the Voices.com system.

 

Skills and Knowledge

 

·         Knowledge of planning and scheduling techniques.

·         Follow up with sales leads and referrals.

·         Solid interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies.

·         Exceptional communication skills, especially over the phone.

·         Dependable, reliable, ambitious and driven.

·         Familiarity and experience working within a call-centre environment.

·         Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

·         Personable and friendly, but with a professional edge.

·         Ability to handle and work under pressure.

·         Some knowledge of Salesforce or other customer relationship management program considered a definite asset.

 

Minimum Requirements

 

·         College diploma or university degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field.

·         Minimum of one year in an entry-level sales, marketing or communications position.

·         High level customer service skills.

·         Strong computer skills.

·         Typing skills of 40 – 50 wpm.
