Allen Professional Search, London Office is currently recruiting for our client in the Heavy Equipment Manufacturing Industry who is seeking a Production Supervisor. The position pays between $65-70K + OT + Bonus, and is located in the London area. This is a permanent opportunity.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
You will be responsible to oversee the daily functions of low volume product manufacturing with the goal of achieving targeted metrics for safety, production volume and quality of the product. In addition to mentoring your team of unionized employees, monitoring inventory and adhering to production schedules, you will strive for continuous improvement through the interaction of engineering and maintenance resources.
QUALIFICATIONS:
You have 5+ years of supervisory experience in a unionized, manufacturing environment, have a post secondary education, possess strong technical and problem solving skills and are familiar with H&S and ISO9000 requirements. Your leadership abilities, proven experience fostering a team-oriented culture, knowledge of lean manufacturing and dedication to continuous improvement, will ensure your success in this role.
SALARY:
$65-70K + OT + Bonus + Benefits
