JOB OVERVIEW:
As a key member of the Technical Services team, you will provide both presales and post-sales professional services support for our clients throughout South Western Ontario. The successful candidate will be a highly organized individual possessing both strong technical knowledge as well as great communications and interpersonal skills. They will also have a background in solutions building and selling. In depth technical knowledge of Win2K3, Win2K8, Exchange, Citrix, and Cisco are all important attributes of this position. You will be given a high degree of flexibility and will have the opportunity to work with a wide variety of projects and people. You possess strong interpersonal skills, are extremely customer focused, and have a keen mind for troubleshooting.
SKILLS REQUIRED
§ Strong knowledge in Server OS and Virtualization technologies
§ Strong writing & verbal skills to document and deliver review engagements
§ 10+ years minimum industry experience
§ Strong skills in solutions building and selling
§ Expert knowledge in backoffice products such as Exchange, SQL, Citrix and VMWare
§ Highly developed troubleshooting skills
§ Cisco skills in routing, VPN and firewall an asset
§ Vendor certifications
§ Strong understanding of applying technology solutions to solve business problems
§ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
§ Learn and adapt quickly to new technologies in challenging and fast-paced work environment
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
University degree or College Technologist diploma; MCSE 2K/2K3
