Job Description

We are looking for someone who has exceptional personal qualities including:

We know these skills can be learned managing a family or a hockey team so legal knowledge or experience may be helpful but is not required.
Duties include but are not limited to:
  • Meeting and greeting clients.
  • Booking meetings.
  • Keeping the reception and boardrooms tidy.
  • Answering, screening, and forwarding phone calls.
  • Sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing mail/couriers.
  • Dealing with incoming faxes
  • Ordering of supplies
  • Processing and inputting payments
  • Keeping office organized
  • Opening files
  • Helping the office lawyers and the team administratively in many diverse ways
