Job Description

Looking for a skilled and dedicated line cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high quality meals kin a fast paced environment, folling recipes, and maintain food safety standards. If you have a passion for cooking we would love to have you on board. 
 

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items according to restaurant recipes and standards

Set up and stock workstations with necessary ingredients and supplies

Ensure food is cooked to proper temperature and presentation standards

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area

Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Assist with inventory management and proper food storage

Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service

Handle multiple orders simultaneously while maintaining quality and speed

Adhere to all safety protocols, including knife handling and equipment use

 

Qualifications & Skills:

Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar role preferred

Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Excellent time management and multitasking skills

Attention to detail and commitment to food quality

Team player with a positive attitude

Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
