Voyago is currently recruiting for a full-time Transit Dispatcher in Woodstock, Ontario.
Your Role
- You are responsible for the dispatch of drivers and providing accurate direction
- Ensure dispatch and driver operations are in accordance with established standards
- Assist in incident reporting and be knowledgeable about regional area and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Provide a high degree of customer service in a fast-paced work environment
Requirements
Your Profile
- You have a sound knowledge of the City of Woodstock
- Your previous dispatch experience is an asset
- You are proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook and Word)
- You have strong communication and phone skills
- You have the ability to work independently
- You are able to provide a Clean Criminal Record search
- You are available to work on-site, Monday 8:00am to 7:00pm, Tuesday-Friday 8:00am to 3:00pm.
