JOB DESCRIPTION

Entryguard Doors is currently seeking a full-time Order Desk Clerk. The ideal candidate would have above average communication skills (both written and oral), high attention to detail and great customer service skills.

Duties: (may include and not limited to):
·    Provide top customer service
·    Answer telephone
·    Receive and process orders
·    Process customer quotations
·    Can multi-task several customers
·    Problem solving and following up with customers/clients as needed
·    Prioritize day to day work activities within daily work routine with little supervisor guidance
·    Work independently as well as in a team
Requirements:
·    Completion of high school, completion of college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training
·    You have advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office including Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint; testing will be administrated prior to an interview
·    You have excellent organization, time-management, administrative and information management skills
·    You have excellent oral and written communication skills
Hours and Location:  40 hours /wk.
Reliable transportation is required as this is not located on a bus route and some travel may be required.

Salary: $20.00 / HOUR
