As we continue to grow, we have a need for the following position:
Position/Term: Camp Registration Administrator
Location: Virtual
Start Date: As soon as possible

Qualifications & Experience:
• Current and acceptable Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Position Screen is a condition of employment for all staff and volunteers.
• Demonstrated experience working with a registration system.
• Excellent communication, analysis and computer skills including Microsoft’s Excel, Word, Team and Outlook
• Strong mathematical and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to customer service and teamwork
• It is a YMCA of Southwestern Ontario requirement that all employees and volunteers be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Exemptions will be granted upon receipt of acceptable proof of a permissible Human Rights Code ground.
Compensation/Benefits:
• $35,000-$36,750 per year
• A YMCA personal membership at our health and fitness branches
• A discount on our Childcare and Camp programs
• Vacation entitlement in accordance with the employment standards regulations
• May be entitled to up to 12 paid personal days – applicable with position and contract length.
• Benefits package - applicable with position and contract length
Schedule:
• Monday to Friday 8:30am-4:30pm

Responsibilities:
• YMCA of Southwestern Ontario policy and procedures
• Act as a YMCA of Southwestern Ontario ambassador, demonstrating core values in your daily work.
• Input children’s registration and payments into our Registration System
• Process day and overnight camp registrations.
• Responds to general inquires and provides a high level of customer service.
• Coordinate YMCA financial assistance applications and registrations
• Liaison with Municipalities and other 3rd parties for family subsidy information
• Complete amendments and withdrawals and give payment details to directors to forward to families.
• Link/post 3rd party payments
• Complete monthly attendance reporting to municipalities
• Prepare bank deposits.
• Update fee changes and input new courses.
• Collect returned payments from families and coordinate accounts receivable collection.
• Amends family information as required.
• Prepare tax receipts for families annually.
