Convenience Store & LCBO/Food Store Associate
Convenience Store & LCBO/Food Store Associate Location: In-person
Job Type: Full-time / Part-time Pay: From $17.20 per hour Shifts: 8-12 hour shifts (day/evening ), weekends & holidays as needed
What We’re Looking For:
We need customer-focused, energetic individuals who can work independently and as part of a team. Prior experience in a gas station, LCBO, or retail sales (2 years) is preferred but not required. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are key!
Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service and greet customers warmly.
Operate the cash register and process payments (cash, credit, debit, gift cards).
Check ID for restricted products (tobacco, lottery, vaping, alcohol).
Promote sales and loyalty memberships.
Maintain store cleanliness (sweeping, mopping, restocking, sanitizing).
Print shift-end reports, including lottery and phone card reports.
Handle cash responsibly (counting, safe drops).
Assist with merchandising and inventory control.
Perform basic food handling and preparation as needed.
Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
Secondary school graduation certificate.
