Voyago is hiring a Full-Time Kings-Brescia Shuttle Driver!

Your Role

• You are responsible for safely transporting UWO staff and students along a pre-assigned route through campus
• You are responsible for performing basic vehicle inspection to ensure their vehicle is in good working order at the start of their shift
• Follow scheduled routes, adhere to traffic laws, and maintain effective time management throughout the day
• Communicate with dispatchers and report any incidents or issues promptly
• Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring passengers are comfortable and cared for during transit
• Complete all required paperwork such as trip logs and report accurately and promptly
• You are available to work the scheduled shift (details provided below).
• Option to work in Para Trasit when the shuttle is down for holidays or the summer

Requirements

Your Profile

• You are a safe driver with a clean driving record, demonstrating your commitment to safety on the road
• You can obtain a clean criminal record search with vulnerable sector screening
• You are punctual and arrive on time for each shift allowing enough time for pre-trip vehicle inspections
• You maintain a professional appearance, you’re courteous, and treat passengers and colleagues with respect
• You are dependable, you understand the critical role you play in passengers’ daily routines and needs
• You are an effective communicator with intermediate to advanced English language skills (B1 to C2)
• You can clearly communicate with dispatch and passengers, keeping them informed about the route, stops, or any delays
• You possess a minimum B or C class licence
• You have excellent customer service skills, you are friendly, approachable, and dedicated to providing excellent customer service to passengers
• You have a minimum of 2 Covid-19 vaccinations
• You consistently follow company policies and guidelines, setting an example for safety and professionalism
• You can work Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 9:30am to 7:00pm, and Friday from 7:30am to 4:15pm
