OPERATIONS SALES MANAGER;

We are currently recruiting for an Operations Sales Manager for a dynamic company in London.

The Operations Sales Manager will:

- lead, develop and motivate the operation of a specific territory to ensure company goals and profitability targets are met.  
- will be responsible for customer relations including problem solving, coaching and mentoring branch staff and reviewing performance to ensure sales targets and labour costs are met. 
- will be responsible for employee relations including hiring, training, orientation, staff evaluations, developing incentive programs and performance management.  
- be responsible for gaining new business for the branch and training staff on business to business sales
- will review store performance in order to assess sales targets, labour costs and return on sales, review and use monthly profit and loss statements and oversee budgets. 
- act as a primary contact for accounts, develop sales and marketing plans with detailed targets and work with staff to achieve those targets, support business development by following up on leads and complete cold calls for new business development. 

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years’ experience in a previous management position overseeing multiple locations, excellent leadership skills, proven success in B2B sales and account management, effective communication skills and the ability to work in a fast paced work environment.  A valid driver’s license, clean driving record and the ability to travel when needed is required.  The position offers a competitive base salary plus strong earning potential in commission, comprehensive benefits package, career advancement opportunity, a vehicle allowance and ongoing training.
