Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert technical support and perform maintenance for printers, copiers, and third-party equipment, including troubleshooting, installation, and preventive maintenance.
- Train and mentor new Technical Service Representatives, ensuring they are well-versed in technical support procedures.
- Maintain and organize the technical parts inventory, completing necessary reports accurately and on time.
- Communicate effectively with clients, maintaining a professional image and responsibly managing company property.
- Adhere to service call procedures, provide backup support as needed, and attend training courses to stay updated on the latest technology.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in technical support and maintenance of printers and copiers.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed.
