Job Description
LucasWorks is currently recruiting for employee trainers for a growing quality assurance company.
The employee trainer will be responsible for ensuring that all new inspectors are fully trained and all job expections, health and safety and prolicy/ procedures are being followed. The trainer may also be responsible for assisting inspectors but inspecting automotive parts or vehicles.
The employee trainer may be required to inspect product, set up new jobs and communicate with customers. The employee trainer will report directly to the supervisor.
Automotive leadership experience is an asset.
