About the Role

• The seasonal Pro Shop Attendant will assist in the operation of the pro shop, including answering phones, managing tee times, enforcing the dress code, and selling merchandise while ensuring high-quality service to members and guests.
• The seasonal Pro Shop Attendant will conduct tours, inform and enthuse potential residents and golf members of Riverbend Golf Community and facilities, and develop and maintain a rapport and trusting relationship with the membership.

Experience

• Must have golf-related experience in a busy pro shop or retail environment.
•  Strong customer service background.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Must be available for flexible hours, including days, afternoons, and weekends.
• Have a specific interest in the golf business.
