Our customer management center team handles primarily inbound calls in a setting
that empowers each individual to develop and apply their talents and skills.
Customer Service Associates are the heartbeat of TeleTech’s business and serve as a direct point of contact for our clients’ most important asset — their customers.
Qualifications:
*We operate in a 24 hours a day x 7 days a week environment – must be flexible to work any shift
*High school diploma or equivalent
*Minimum 1 year experience in a customer service work environment with some sales experience
*Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems
*Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills
*Outstanding organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and strong problem-solving abilities
*Responsive and adaptive to change
COMPENSATION
$11.50 per hour, with the opportunity to earn performance-based incentive pay.
