Customer Service Associates are the heartbeat of TeleTech’s business and serve as a direct point of contact for our clients’ most important asset — their customers.

You will be responsible for managing client interactions to ensure long term customer loyalty, which might include: managing billing inquiries, routing calls, answering service support questions or many other types of interactions depending on client's need.
 
We provide comprehensive instructor lead training to prepare you to take on the task of troubleshooting client inquiries. In addition, we offer full time employment, tuition reimbursement, comprehensive medical & dental benefits after 3 months and a competitive starting hourly wage.
 
London Center Associates have won numerous client awards for providing exceptional customer service. We have positions available for people who can demonstrate superb customer service and sales skills, are available to work 24 x 7 days per week, have a minimum grade 12 education plus basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems, demonstrate excellent English skills both oral and written, and outstanding organizational skills.

Qualifications:

*We operate in a 24 hours a day x 7 days a week environment – must be flexible to work any shift

*High school diploma or equivalent

*Minimum 1 year experience in a customer service work environment with some sales experience

*Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems

*Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills

*Outstanding organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and strong problem-solving abilities

*Responsive and adaptive to change

 

COMPENSATION

$11.50 per hour, with the opportunity to earn performance-based incentive pay.
