Summary for Administrative Assistant
We are recruiting for an administrative assistant with exceptional attention to detail and initiative. The responsibilities assigned will depend on the aptitude and attitude of the successful applicant. Examples of possible tasks include: filing, processing purchase orders, data entry, answering phones, greeting visitors, and inventory counts. Minimum educatoin requirement: high school diploma  would be an assest or equivalent experience.

Requirements for Administrative Assistant
  • High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Experience providing a high level of customer service
  • Excellent problem solving skills
Qualities of Administrative Assistant
  • Self-starter and excellent communicator
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and good organization
