Before you post
Six weeks from the day you publish it. You can edit or close it at any point during that period.
Can I post without naming my company?
Yes. Choose the confidential option to hide all identifying details, or the email-privacy option to protect just your address. Candidates apply through a web form and their applications come directly to you. The total fee for either is $90 plus HST.
What can Auto-post read?
Any careers page published on your own organization's website. We have adapters for a wide range of systems and a flexible process for the rest. We don't pull postings from Indeed or LinkedIn.
Do 10-pack credits expire?
No. Buy ten postings for $450 and use them whenever you need them.
Do you offer non-profit rates?
Yes. Registered charities and not-for-profit organizations pay reduced rates across job postings, Auto-post, the Candidate Database and the ATS. Contact us before ordering and we'll apply the rate to your account.
Will my posting reach other cities?
Our network covers London, Chatham-Kent, Kitchener-Waterloo, Windsor and Sarnia, and postings appear on the site matching the job's location. Most roles are specific to one city, so this matters mainly if you hire across the region.
What is a featured job?
Extra exposure for an individual posting, to set an important role apart from the rest of the listings. Additional fees and limitations apply.
