What You Bring to the Table:

  • A university degree or post-secondary diploma in business, marketing, or human resources—or equivalent experience that showcases your skills.
  • 3-5 years in a similar role, or in a sales role where you’ve proven your ability to connect the dots and drive success.
  • A driver’s license and access to a vehicle—because you’ll be out there, making things happen!
  • Established connections with area employers (you’re already ahead of the game).
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A collaborative spirit that thrives in team settings.
  • Self-motivation and independence—because you know how to get the job done.
  • A deep understanding of employer recruitment cycles, the London labour market, and networking.
  • The ability to assess employer needs, advocate for clients, and effectively communicate the services and supports of PEHC.
  • A knack for connecting with diverse populations and building rapport with clients facing unique employment barriers.
What You’ll Do:
  • Network Like a Pro: Build and maintain relationships with local employers, promoting PEHC’s services and connecting our clients with the right opportunities.
  • Collaborate: Work with Employers, community partners, and the Pathways team to realize success.
  • Assess and Advise: Meet with employers to understand their needs and the challenges they have to recruit, hire, and retain quality staff.
  • Monitor Success: Stay connected with employers to ensure long-term success for both them and the clients that they hire.
  • Keep Records: Maintain detailed records of interactions, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
  • Hit Your Targets: Meet monthly goals in securing job opportunities, providing employer incentives, and making meaningful employer contacts.
  • Negotiate: Work with employers on training incentive contracts, identifying needs and workplace opportunities.
