Draftsperson

We are currently seeking an innovative and motivated Drarsperson to join our team in Hensall, Ontario. This is a permanent full-time position with the opportunity to grow with an industry leader.  The Draftsperson will be responsible for the development and preparation of engineering designs and drawings.

Job Duties

• Prepare computer-assisted design (CAD) drawings.
• Check and verify design drawings conform to specificationsd and design data.
• Respond quickly to the shop floor's needs - addressing issues that may arise during production

• 5+ years of Autocad Inventor experience including standardized drafting practices.
• Thorough knowledge of Ontario Building Code and residential construction.
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Possess a good command of the English language with excellent communication skills to liaise with other employees to enable the Company to achieve its goals and objectives.
• Lumion 3D, Sketchup and Microvellum would be an asset
• Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills.
