Job Description
The main activity with this job is product assembly in the company’s manufacturing unit.
IO Industries Inc. designs and manufactures specialized video cameras used in many industries including aerospace and entertainment.
Pay:
• Starting pay range is $27/hr to $30/hr depending on qualifications and experience
Responsibilities:
• Electromechanical product assembly and QA
• Low-temp, high-temp soldering
• Wire harness assembly
• Circuit board fault testing and troubleshooting
• Inventory tracking
• Product packaging
• Cleaning and tidying factory area
• Receiving deliveries
Requirements:
• Completion of a college program in Electronics/Electromechanical Technician or Electrical Engineering Technology
• Low-temp/high-temp soldering skills
• Familiarity with circuit board testing instrumentation and procedures
• A commitment to ensure the company’s products meet the quality standards established by the company
• Competent computer skills including experience with MS-Windows and MS-Excel
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English
