Job Description

Fayez Spa is seeking an experienced and driven Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will assist the Managing Director in running the office efficiently, providing a full range of customary office administrative functions, and completing operational requirements.

If you are a mature professional working in an administrative role previously, can manage time effectively and efficiently, and have the qualifications listed below, we would love to hear from you.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Aiding correspondence for the office, such as emails, mail, and phone calls
  • Organizing company events
Qualifications / Skills:
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools
  • Attention to detail to submit work or send communications without error
  • Technologically proficient, able to adapt to new programs and technologies
  • Adaptability and flexibility to adjust priorities for whatever task is most important at any given time
Previous experience as an office administrator in the spa industry is an asset.
