Beckett Personal Injury Lawyers is a 12-lawyer law firm. Our practice focuses on personal injury, including sexual abuse litigation. We practice all across Canada (Quebec excluded).
We are currently seeking an Associate Lawyer to join our sexual abuse department. This dynamic individual will ideally possess 2-5 years of experience, preferably in personal injury litigation. Successful applicants will have experience conducting examinations for discovery, as well as an exceptional ability to draft persuasive and concise mediation and pre-trial briefs. Excellent analytical, organizational and time-management skills are required. Compassion and resilience are a must.
