Job Description
IS2 Workforce Solutions is looking for a Millwright Mechanic in St. Mary’s! Our client is a Tier 1 and Tier 2 supplier to the automotive industry and is looking for a Millwright Mechanic to join their team that is seeking long-term employment with a growing company. Pay Rate
~ Beginning rate- $37.92 per hour + 0.65 shift premium on Afternoon and Night shift.
~ Pay rate after 60 days- $39.09 + 0.65 shift premium on Afternoon and Night shift.
~ Pay rate after 12 months- $39.95 + 0.65 shift premium on Afternoon and Night shift.
Shift Structure (2-week rotation)
~ Day shift- 7:00am to 3:30pm
~ Afternoon shift- 3:00pm to 11:30pm
~ Night shift – 11:00pm to 7:30am

Responsibilities
- Responsible for assembling, installing, aligning, maintaining, repairing, fabricating troubleshooting, inspecting, dismantling, and moving machinery and equipment.
- Performing PM’s (Preventative Maintenance) on all production and plant equipment as well as hands-on mechanical troubleshooting
- Complete system support wok as trained (PLC programming, calibrations, rigging/hoisting, etc).
- Cleaning, lubricating, and performing other routine maintenance work on equipment.
- Will be working with hydraulics, pneumatics (repairing and troubleshooting) as well as facility fixtures.
- Proactive in making recommendations for possible improvements to both equipment and processes.
- Fabricate jigs, fixtures, and other production tools.
- Reading blueprints, diagrams, and schematic drawings to determine work procedures
- React to production needs to ensure that quality parts are produced and downtime due to machine breakdown is minimized.
- Perform new equipment installations as needed.
- Must have own tools.
- All other relevant duties.
Qualifications
- Fully licensed Millwright
- 2-3 years of previous experience in a Millwright role within a manufacturing environment
