Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Supervisor to oversee daily operations of our afternoon shift for our facility. The successful candidate must have a strong attention for details and have a proactive work ethic.
The ideal candidate will manage a team of production workers ensuring that processes run smoothly, efficiently and safely.
Responsibilities include coordinating work, monitoring production targets, enforcing safety protocols, and maintaining quality standards.
What we offer:
- Salary: $80K
- Shift: Afternoon shift
- Benefits: Lucrative Benefit and Pension Plan
- Vacation Entitlement: 3 weeks to start
- Report to: Department Manager
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in a Manufacturing setting preferred.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Previous supervisory experience or leadership experience in a unionized environment preferred.
- Strong understanding of Health & Safety legislation/regulations in Ontario.
- Must be able to work rotating shifts, as required from time to time.
