We are looking for an upbeat, customer-oriented individual who is certified as a Lifeguard. Lifeguards provide vital services at Sifton’s Berkshire Club for the outdoor pool throughout the summer.

About the Role

• Ensure the safety of swimmers at the Berkshire Club.
• Enforce pool and safety regulations as posted.
• Perform maintenance duties and accurately record these duties as outlined in the Daily Record Log. Examples of duties include, but are not limited to: check and maintain the colour, chemistry, cleanliness and clarity of the pool water, reading and recording ORP readings, vacuuming pool as required, daily backwashes, sweep and/or hose deck, clean and maintain the pool deck throughout the shift, return flutter boards, noodles, life jackets and other items used on deck to their appropriate storage.

Experience

• We’ll help you get your training if needed!
• Prior experience as a lifeguard is preferred.
• Must be available to work weekday, weekend, and holiday shifts.
