Bilingual Customer Service Representative
Are you bilingual in French and English? Are you motivated by helping others? Do you have good communication skills? Then we have the perfect opportunity for you!
Our client who is well known in the Transportation Industry is looking for Bilingual Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will provide support and service to anyone calling in.

What we offer
- $20 an hour
- Various schedules
- Remote work (must have an area that you can close the door and not be disturbed)
What you bring
- You must be fully bilingual in French and English (reading, writing, and speaking)
- You must be able to handle difficult callers and conversations
- Strong technical skills – you can multitask and navigate between multiple software applications and screens at the same time while making sure you continue to support the caller
- Superb verbal and written communication skills
- Thorough, with excellent listening skills
Who you are
- You are bilingual in French and English (this is required)
- Minimum Grade 12 Diploma with post-secondary education or equivalent work experience in customer service
- You must have a clean criminal record
- You like helping people – this is non-negotiable!
- You have excellent multi-tasking skills
- You have the capacity to navigate sensitive or stressful situations with ease
- You are a problem-solving master; you understand the callers needs and quickly learn how to get the best results
- You are committed to excellence in customer service and always strive for a first- call resolution
