Job Description
Our client, a leader in outdoor construction materials has experienced rapid growth and is looking to add an exceptional Inside Technical Sales to their team.
Ideal Candidates will come from the Construction, Architecture or outdoor construction materials industry.
What we offer:
- Competitive salary range of $55,000-$65,000 per year

What you’ll be doing:
- Establish, develop and strengthen customer relationships with Architects, contractors and installers.
- Follow up on ant incoming opportunities sent into information line.
- Follow up on Leads provided by Sales Manager.
- Looking into key accounts establish to potential growth opportunities.
- Use Insite and research to identify National Account projects, architect and owners.
- Maintain and update opportunity identified by keeping notes in CRM for easy access by all sales teams.
- Keep om the leading edge of research, maintain product line information and marketing materials.
- Warm calling of existing and national accounts, mining CRM for opportunities.
- Add specifications of sale to the design, production and sales teams.
What we are looking for:
- Building and construction industry knowledge is essential.
- Knowledge of the building code is an asset.
- Sales experience in a value-add products for construction.
- Ability to read, understand and architectural drawings at a high level.
- Excellent communication both written and verbal.
- You must be a strong collaborator to develop trust with project managers, marketing and production teams.
